Event Description

On March 6th, the Alpha Phi Omega national service fraternity of Texas A&M will be hosting its second annual Merit Badge University program in College Station.
Last year, we hosted 340 scouts with over 30 merit badges offered, and this year, our goal is to provide a much more hands on approach.

Texas A&M has the most Eagle Scouts in the nation out of any public University, we strive to bring scouts to our campus from all over Texas to not only achieve rank advancement but get the opportunity to visit a campus whose values correlate with the scout law. We are putting back more money into the program this year through the merit badge material, and a good portion of the rest of the proceeds will be going to the local Arrowmoon district Friends of Scouting campaign. For more information on the event, please visit our program website at, or send an email to Thanks!
